Mollie acts for a wide range of UK and international corporate and high net worth clients, including trustees, beneficiaries, protectors, administrators and personal representatives. She has experience in proceedings in a variety of jurisdictions and courts including the High Court, Court of Appeal, Supreme Court as well as courts in the Cayman Islands, The Bahamas and the Channel Islands.
Mollie has a particular interest in disputes over mental capacity and has experience acting for clients in high profile disputes in the Court of Protection.
