Maria Cannatella Associate

Maria is an associate in the real estate group and has experience working on a broad range of commercial real estate matters and asset classes.

Maria’s experience includes the sale and purchase of commercial property, advising on the property side of corporate sales and acquisitions including disposals of assets through corporate vehicles, acting for landowners and developers in relation to commercial and residential development projects and advising on landlord and tenant negotiations across different asset classes such as offices, retail, industrial and BTR developments.

Maria sits on the steering group of our DAWN staff network, a forum that focuses on the mental health and wellbeing of all of those at Macfarlanes and offers support to staff who have direct experience of or support others with disabilities, neurodiverse conditions and other long and short term conditions.
