Caroline advises clients in all aspects of work relating to private funds with a primary focus on advising investment managers on fundraising and operating private investment funds.
She advises across a range of asset classes, including private equity, venture capital, real estate and infrastructure.
In addition to advising on fundraisings, Caroline also advises fund managers on structuring and implementing team incentive arrangements and institutional investors on their investment activity across primary, secondary, co-investment and continuation fund transactions.
Experience
- Advising 17Capital on the closing of 17Capital Strategic Lending Fund 6, which has successfully held a final closing at $5.5bn including co-investment and affiliated entities.
- Advising Growth Capital Partners on the close of their “one and done” fund, GCP Fund VI, at £411m.
