Beth has experience advising private clients on a wide range of issues such as the operation and sale of corporate entities, employee disputes, inheritance disputes and private investigations.
This has notably involved advising trustees in relation to a long-standing dispute between beneficiaries regarding a large family-owned multinational business.
Beth also has a wider interest in access to justice and volunteers with the Refugee Law Clinic.
