Penny specialises in the sale and purchase of high-value London property and country houses and estates. She is also experienced in development structuring including buffer, head lease structures, long residential leases, tenants’ rights of first refusal and development new build sales. Penny’s practice also includes advising on assured shorthold tenancies from both a landlord and tenant perspective and general landlord and tenant advice.
Penny has notable experience in acting for buyers, sellers and tenants of central London properties on the Cadogan, Grosvenor and Wellcome Estates.
