Will has over 25 years’ experience advising clients including professional investors/funds, corporate groups and entrepreneurs/family offices, both in the UK and internationally, on all aspects of company law and transactions, from start-ups, through investments, acquisitions and disposals, cross-border mergers, financing, joint ventures, complex reorganisations/restructurings and insolvency.

Will’s practice is exceptionally varied by City standards, allowing him to bring a broad commercial perspective to his transactional advice along with technical knowledge across an unusually wide spectrum. Besides the UK, he has lived and worked in the US and the Middle East and acted for clients from most parts of the world.
