- Advising private equity firm Epiris on the acquisition of Amber Taverns by one of its advised funds, Epiris Fund III.
- Advising Jupiter Asset Management on their acquisition of both the investment team and £800m of mostly institutional assets of London-based global investment boutique Origin Asset Management.
