Rhian advises on a range of corporate matters, including public and private M&A, equity capital markets, restructurings and general corporate advisory work.
Rhian acts for a broad client base, including large corporates, listed companies, private equity houses and asset managers. She has experience across a variety of sectors and advises on acquisitions, disposals, equity fundraising, and reorganisations, as well as providing ongoing support to clients on various corporate matters.
Alongside her client work, Rhian mentors students through the firm’s partnership with a local school and is a member of the firm’s Associate Committee.

- Advising International Paper on its proposal to create two independent public companies.
- Advising Valterra Platinum (formerly Anglo American Platinum), on its c. £7.5bn London listing and demerger from Anglo American plc.

- Advising leading European private debt investment manager, Arcmont Asset Management, on its sale to Nuveen.
