Daniel Esam Associate
Dan assists clients with a wide variety of contentious and non-contentious employment law matters including technical advisory work, Employment Tribunal claims and corporate transactions.
He helps clients to reach commercial solutions to day-to-day employment issues such as advising on exit discussions, remuneration and in relation to disciplinary and grievance matters. He also assists on the employment aspects of corporate matters. Dan works with several clients in the private equity sector and also advises LLPs on partnership and employment issues.
Dan’s contentious work includes both advising clients in relation to potential claims and bringing disputes to litigation in the Employment Tribunal.
Dan sits on the steering group of our DAWN staff network, a forum that focuses on the mental health and wellbeing of all of those at Macfarlanes and also offers support to staff who have direct experience of or support others with disabilities, neurodiverse conditions and other long and short term conditions.
