Dan advises on a wide range of contentious matters, including complex commercial disputes, regulatory investigations and international fraud litigation.

Dan regularly works for large corporations, global financial institutions and individuals across a number of sectors. His work includes advising on regulatory enforcement matters and disputes arising from regulatory findings in the UK and Europe, with a particular focus on standalone and follow-on competition claims.

Dan has worked on a number of high-profile multi-party, multi-jurisdictional claims in the High Court, Competition Appeal Tribunal and Court of Appeal. He also has experience in arbitration proceedings.

In 2022, Dan spent time on secondment in the Litigation and Investigations team at NatWest Group where he managed proceedings in the UK, Australia, Israel and the Netherlands.

Dan is a member of the Financial Services Lawyers Association and Young Fraud Lawyers Association.
