William Fletcher Solicitor
Will has worked on a broad range of disputes and has experience acting for large corporate clients, professional trustees and individuals. Will has a particular focus on corporate and trust related disputes.
Will has valuable experience from a recent secondment with the commercial litigation team of a prominent FTSE 100 company. He advised on a wide range of issues including commercial disputes, regulatory matters, judicial reviews and political lobbying.
Will was assigned in 2017 as the Judicial Assistant to Mr Justice Nugee in the Chancery Division of the High Court to assist with the hearing of a major trial over the course of several months.
Recent notable work includes guiding the Libyan Investment Authority to a series of landmark victories in the Commercial Court and the Court of Appeal in a dispute over the Chairmanship of Libya’s sovereign wealth fund.
