Clare has experience advising on a broad range of domestic and international finance transactions, acting for banks, financial institutions, credit funds, borrowers and sponsors on acquisition and corporate facilities, unitranche and super senior financing structures, receivables finance, and fund subscription lines and leverage facilities.
Clare has spent time on secondment to the leveraged finance department of a large bank and a fintech-focused credit fund, and has a particular interest in fund financing.
Clare currently focuses on supporting all aspects of the finance group's practice, including keeping fee earners abreast of legal and other relevant developments, providing technical support for fee earners, assisting with the group's training and education programme and developing precedent documentation.
