Alex is a private capital transactional lawyer who acts for private equity sponsors, secondary investors, co-investors, limited partners, pension funds, family offices and fund of funds on a broad range of international mandates.

Alex has over 20 years’ experience of advising GPs on their investments and disposals.

Since 2016, his practice has had a particular focus on the full range of secondary and sponsor solution transactions, including single asset and multi-asset continuation vehicles and LP interest portfolio transactions.

Alex also regularly advises international institutional investors on co-investment and consortium transactions.

In addition, he has spent time on secondment abroad at a global institutional investor and at a FTSE 250 investor.

Alex was recognised at the British Legal Awards as one of the “Private Equity 40 under 40” and was identified by Law.Com in its “Rising Stars: the next generation of City private equity talent”.
