In addition to her transactional work, Caja represents clients in contentious competition matters, including investigations into alleged anti-competitive agreements and abuses of dominance. She also has extensive experience advising on private damages actions arising from alleged antitrust infringements.
Caja provides day-to-day compliance advice on matters such as cooperation agreements, distribution arrangements and pricing issues, helping businesses to manage risk while meeting their commercial objectives.
