Caja advises on a broad range of UK and European competition law matters, including merger control, antitrust investigations and private enforcement actions.

Caja has significant experience representing clients across a range of sectors before UK and European regulators and courts.

Caja has advised numerous clients on obtaining conditional and unconditional merger clearance decisions from the UK Competition & Markets Authority and European Commission in recent years.  She was also previously seconded to the Mergers unit of the Competition & Markets Authority.   

In addition, Caja advises clients on contentious competition matters, including regulatory investigations concerning alleged anti-competitive agreements or abuses of dominance.  Caja also has significant experience defending clients in private claims for damages brought in connection with alleged antitrust infringements. 

Caja also provides competition law compliance advice and training for clients in a variety of different industries.
