Harris acts for a wide range of clients including private equity houses, management teams and large corporates. Harris advises clients on mergers, acquisitions and disposals, restructurings and reorganisations, joint ventures and corporate governance.
Harris is also a mentor for the Macfarlanes Legal Academy, a programme which aspires to help improve access to the legal industry and is aimed at students at year 12 and 13 from communities that are currently under-represented in commercial law firms.
