Andrew advises clients on a broad range of commercial arrangements and corporate transactions, with particular experience in the technology, sports and financial services industries.
He advises clients ranging from early-stage companies to publicly-listed companies on a range of commercial contracting matters, including brand licensing and outsourcing arrangements.
Andrew also advises on the commercial and intellectual property aspects of corporate transactions, and has experience advising on a variety of corporate matters including mergers and acquisitions, venture capital and corporate governance.
He has previously undertaken secondments to a global cloud-based software company as well as one of New Zealand’s largest E-commerce companies.

- Advising Surrey County Cricket Club on a partnership with Reliance Industries Limited in respect of the Oval Invincibles franchise in The Hundred cricket tournament.
- Advising Realstar on Quadreal's acquisition of UK&I operations and European and UK UNCLE brand
- Advising private equity firm Epiris on the acquisition of Amber Taverns by one of its advised funds, Epiris Fund III.
- Advising Evelyn Partners on the sale of its Professional Services business to Apax.
