Victoria advises clients on M&A and joint venture transactions across all real estate asset classes, with a particular specialism in hotel and hospitality investment and the majority of her work is multi-jurisdictional.

- Advising Aermont’s ACREF V fund on its programmatic joint venture with Sunrise Real Estate for the acquisition and development of logistics facilities in the UK and other key European jurisdictions.
- Advising one of the largest hotel property owners in Europe, Pandox AB, on its c€1.4bn recommended cash offer for Dalata Hotel Group plc.
