Clark is a senior associate in the Litigation, Arbitration and Investigations group, working primarily on a large banking law case in the High Court. He has a wide range of commercial and banking law litigation experience.
Clark has predominantly worked on very large, complex litigation, often with multi-jurisdictional aspects. He has also worked on investigations,including being part of the Macfarlanes team appointed to review the sale of Interest Rate Hedging Products (IRHPs) by a leading bank.
Before joining Macfarlanes, Clark advised on a variety of litigious commercial matters including fraud and asset recovery, insurance and contractual disputes.
