Andrew is a real estate partner, specialising in direct and indirect investment into real estate assets.
His experience includes leading on complex real estate transactions, including for investments and disposals of assets either directly or through corporate vehicles.
Andrew is part of Macfarlanes’ Private Capital Real Estate group. His clients include major institutional investors, private capital real estate firms, private investors and major developers.
Andrew has experience working with a wide variety of asset classes, particularly commercial offices, logistics and a wide variety of alternative assets including data centres, BTR/PRS, student accommodation and hotels.
