Jessica has over 10 years’ experience acting for high-net-worth families and entrepreneurs. She advises on a broad range of personal and business UK immigration and nationality matters and has experience handling complex personal immigration cases.

Jessica has significant experience advising Tier 1 (Investor) clients, before its closure to new applicants. She continues to provide immigration solutions to high-net-worth families on their relocation to the UK and works with family offices and the private client team in providing coordinated advice on all aspects of the client’s relocation plans.

Previously, Jessica acted for clients applying under the Tier 1 (Entrepreneur) and Representative of an Overseas Business visa category. Although these visa schemes have closed, Jessica continues to advise entrepreneurs and businesspersons on alternative immigration routes, including the Innovator Founder visa, the Global Talent visa and the Skilled Worker sponsorship visa.

Jessica’s expertise also includes advising on complex family applications and acting for British expats returning to the UK with their family. She also advises EU nationals on their post-Brexit status under the EU Settlement Scheme.

As a native Cantonese speaker from Hong Kong, Jessica has a considerable client base from the Asia Pacific region, having worked with many clients, businesses and intermediaries in Asia over the years.
