About
Drew is responsible for the day-to-day management of client-facing and internal innovation programmes for the firm’s Lawtech practice.
She works closely with partners and clients to address business and legal challenges through practical, technology-enabled solutions grounded in the practice of human-centred design, responsibly implement generative AI across the firm and within clients’ environments, shaping strategy and governance and driving use‑case delivery and training.
Bridging the gap between legal teams and technologists, Drew scopes and delivers Lawtech projects, develops strategy and future planning, drives firm-wide engagement and education on digital transformation and leads on the adoption of generative AI across the firm, shaping strategy and and driving use‑case delivery and training. Her work focuses on translating complex legal processes into streamlined, value‑adding workflows and fostering a culture of innovation across the firm.
Drew’s background spans project management, design thinking and public policy innovation. She is currently studying for a Masters in Public Administration in Innovation, Public Policy and Public Value at the UCL Institute for Innovation and Public Purpose and regularly contributes to industry discussions on Lawtech and digital policy.
