Charlie advises high net worth entrepreneurs and their family offices on trust structuring, tax matters and estate planning, and her work frequently includes international tax considerations.

Her particular focuses are on international trust litigation, and advising US connected persons on UK tax issues.

Charlie was seconded to a leading law firm in Bermuda and she regularly speaks at international conferences – recently she has presented in the Cayman Islands and Bermuda and she co-chairs the Transcontinental Trusts Forum in Istanbul each year.

Charlie is recognised as a Rising Leader in the Private Client Global Elite Directory, a peer-nominated list of the world's most respected lawyers advising ultra-high-net-worth clients and is ranked in the Chambers HNW guide.
