Dennis advises on a broad range of domestic and international corporate matters.
His principal areas of work are public and private M&A, joint ventures, complex restructurings and general corporate advisory.
Dennis has also spent time on secondment in the M&A team of a multinational bank.
Dennis acts for a cross-sectoral client base, including listed corporates, financial sponsors and management teams. He has particular experience in the financial services and energy and infrastructure sectors.
