Ollie is a senior associate in the M&A group. Ollie advises on a broad range of corporate transactions, including private equity transactions, domestic and cross-border M&A, group reorganisations and corporate advisory work for private capital managers.
Ollie acts for a wide range of clients including private equity houses, large corporates and management teams, and advises clients on matters including acquisitions, disposals, joint ventures, reorganisations and corporate governance.
