Toby advises high and ultra-high net worth clients on tax, succession and estate planning, wills and trusts, and philanthropy matters. Toby has particular expertise regarding complex cross-border tax and estate planning for domestic and international individuals, families and asset holding structures. He also advises both UK tax resident and non-UK tax resident professional intermediaries including family offices and trustees.
