Harry regularly acts on high-value and complex multiparty construction and property disputes, with particular experience in fire safety issues and PFI matters.

Harry advises on the full range of construction and property disputes, with particular experience in matters involving termination, delay, and defective workmanship. He frequently acts in cases featuring complex fire safety issues and regularly advises clients on the Building Safety Act 2022. He also has experience representing project companies in PFI disputes.

Harry regularly acts for landlords in property disputes, including in relation to breach of covenant and forfeiture. Harry’s court experience includes representing clients in an interim injunction application and a trial in the High Court.  

Clients value Harry’s pragmatic, commercial approach and his clear, concise advice on complex legal issues. He is recognised for distilling technical matters into practical, actionable guidance.
