Joshua is an associate in the private funds team.

Joshua advises clients on the establishment, structuring and operation of various private investment funds and alternative investment vehicles across different asset classes including private equity, venture capital and credit funds. He advises sponsors of both closed-ended and open-ended alternative investment funds.

He also assists institutional investors in reviewing and negotiating fund investments and advises on team incentive arrangements. He also helps clients navigate fund marketing and regulatory matters, including AIFMD.

Prior to joining Macfarlanes, Joshua trained in the private funds team of a leading US law firm.
