Natalie advises on a broad range of financial transactions, with a particular focus on restructuring and insolvency and debt financings.
She has experience advising a wide range of non-contentious matters and contentious matters, including: formal insolvency processes, financial restructuring and debt refinancings, asset-based lending and domestic and cross jurisdictional turnaround matters.
Natalie’s practice spans a number of sectors, including transport and aviation, retail, healthcare, industrial, construction and consumer credit. Her clients include a variety of stakeholders both creditor and debtor side including insolvency practitioners, banks, alternative credit providers, government departments and agencies, regulators, corporate borrowers and their boards of directors.
Natalie is a member of the International Women’s Insolvency & Restructuring Confederation (IWIRC) and is a member of the New Crew Committee which is tasked with supporting the next generation of lawyers in the restructuring and insolvency space.
Experience
- Advising Dobbies Garden Centres, the UK’s largest operator of garden centres, on its restructuring plan under Part 26A of the Companies Act 2006 and related amendments to its debt facilities with Ares.
