Sam Pettinger-Harte Associate

Sam works on a range of tax and structuring matters including M&A transactions and the provision of corporate group and investment management advice.

Sam has particular experience advising on domestic and cross-border M&A transactions with a primary focus on structuring and tax due diligence work with infrastructure and private equity clients. As part of his previous role at a Big Four accounting firm, he has also advised large and mid-sized corporate clients on various corporate tax planning and operational matters and has prior experience in corporation tax compliance.

In addition, he also supports the private client group on tax issues relating to the business interests of individuals and family offices.

Elsewhere, he advises investment fund clients on complex UK and international tax matters, including fund establishment, investment structuring and transactional work.

Sam is a Chartered Tax Adviser and a member of the Chartered Institute of Taxation. He is also a Chartered Accountant and a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales.
