Amy Powell Associate

Amy advises on a wide range of contentious and non-contentious employment law matters. She acts for a variety of clients, including private equity houses, large corporates, media agencies and financial services institutions.

Her work includes assisting clients with day-to-day HR queries, advising on corporate transactions and drafting bespoke settlement agreements. Amy also advises on Employment Tribunal disputes, litigation tactics and settlement negotiations.

Amy has spent time in our Lawtech group, working with clients to develop technological solutions for legal problems. She has experience in applying artificial intelligence and data analytics to legal practice, as well as in automating processes and documentation. As a result, Amy has a keen interest in how these technologies can be used to tackle our clients’ most complex issues.

Qualified in England and Wales, 2022.
