Felicity acts for a broad, cross-sectoral and cross-jurisdictional client base, including private equity houses, infrastructure funds, management teams and large corporates.

Felicity spends quite a lot of her time advising on complex investment structures – she brings clarity when helping clients navigate their most complex transactions.

Felicity has previously spent time on secondment to a prominent family-owned corporate group.
