Katie advises banks, alternative lenders and borrowers across a wide spectrum of debt finance matters, including fund finance, leveraged finance and real estate finance.
Katie works with a range of clients on both domestic and multi-jurisdictional debt finance transactions. She is recognised for her pragmatic and solutions-focused approach, particularly when co-ordinating across multiple jurisdictions on time-sensitive financings.
Alongside her client work, Katie contributes her time through the firm’s pro bono programme.
