Alec Siegert Associate
Alec advises on a range of tax and structuring matters, including the UK and international tax aspects of M&A transactions, financing, group reorganisations, and tax planning for large and mid-sized corporate groups.
Alec has experience in group and international tax matters across a range of industries, advising on the efficient structuring of both domestic and cross-border M&A transactions, including the structuring of acquisitions and disposals by private equity funds and their portfolio companies.
As part of his previous role in a large accounting firm, he has advised large and mid-sized corporate clients on the UK and international tax implications of a range of operational matters and has prior experience in corporation tax compliance.
In addition, he supports the private client group on tax issues relating to the business interests of individuals and family offices.
Alec is a Chartered Tax Advisor and Chartered Accountant holding membership of both the Chartered Institute of Taxation (CIOT) and the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales (ICAEW).
