Maeve is a Senior Associate in the M&A team and advises on a broad range of domestic and cross-border M&A and private equity transactions.
Maeve has a broad range of experience advising on domestic and cross-border M&A transactions, corporate reorganisations, corporate governance, general corporate advisory work and private equity transactions. She has advised a diverse range of clients including private equity houses, management teams and large corporates. Maeve also has specialist experience in investments in UK and European real estate, including structured sales and acquisitions and joint ventures, from single assets to multi-jurisdiction portfolios.

- Advising Hayfin on the acquisition and financing of landmark London office building 70 St Mary Axe Nuveen Real Estate.
- Advising Pandox on the scheme of arrangement and completion of the acquisition of Dalata Hotel Group plc.
- Advising private equity firm Epiris on the acquisition of Amber Taverns by one of its advised funds, Epiris Fund III.
- Advising 7IM on its acquisition of Amicus Wealth as part of 7IM’s broader growth strategy.
- Advising Charme Capital Partners in connection with its acquisition of a majority interest in Prism Healthcare.
- Advising on the sale of 7IM to to Ontario Teachers’ Pension Plan Board.
