Fred specialises in high-value corporate and commercial disputes before the High Court and in international arbitrations.

He works for a mix of state, corporate and individual clients in a number of sectors, including private equity, financial services, sport, hospitality and construction. He has particular expertise in contractual disputes and cases relating to data privacy.

Fred's work is cross-border and often involves parallel proceedings in different jurisdictions. Having been seconded to a leading New York law firm, Fred is especially familiar with US litigation and enforcement matters.

Fred is a qualified solicitor-advocate.
