Luis advises on all aspects of corporate transactions, including cross-border M&A, private equity, joint ventures, re-organisations and corporate governance matters.

Luis has a particular focus on mergers and acquisitions of both private and listed companies, in the financial, industrial, energy and services sectors. He acts for a wide variety of clients, including large corporations, private equity houses and banks. Luis also has experience on acquisition finance and refinancing transactions.

Luis previously worked in the Lisbon and Madrid offices of Iberian law firm Uria Menendez.
