Damiano advises high-net-worth individuals, trustees and financial institutions, both in the UK and overseas, on UK taxes, trusts, and estate and succession planning.

The majority of Damiano’s work has an international element and involves cross-border issues. As a bilingual English-Italian dual national, also conversant in French, Damiano understands the value of effective communication and cultural nuances. He has experience working with overseas lawyers in multiple jurisdictions, including Italy, France, Germany, Spain, Switzerland, Japan and New York.

Damiano has a particular interest in the conflict of laws in relation to testamentary affairs and taxes. He has also been published in PLC Magazine.
