Laura Strickland-Palmer Solicitor
Laura specialises in complex regulatory investigations and financial services litigation. She also acts on a variety of corporate and employment disputes, with a focus on the financial services sector.
Laura has worked on a broad range of disputes, including a number of high-profile regulatory investigations on behalf of global financial institutions. She has experience of dealing with matters which are highly sensitive, where the client’s business and reputation are often at risk.
Laura has also experienced investigations from the perspective of a regulator, having spent nine months on secondment to the Financial Conduct Authority. Laura worked as a legal adviser to the Regulatory Decisions Committee, advising on the legal and evidential soundness of a broad range of enforcement and authorisation cases.
Laura is a member of the Financial Services Lawyers Association and the Junior London Solicitor Litigation Association.
