Kirti is a senior counsel in the employment group.
With nearly 10 years of experience, she advises on a broad range of employment law issues including complex senior appointments and terminations, corporate transactions, TUPE, restrictive covenants, redundancies and restructurings, discrimination, whistleblowing, contentious matters such as high-value employment tribunal claims and day-to-day HR issues.
Kirti predominantly advises employers and while she advises clients in a broad range of sectors, she has particular experience in advising private equity houses, hedge funds, asset managers and major corporates.
Kirti has a specific interest in private equity, including advising on leaver status issues within carried interest and co-invest arrangements.
Qualified in England and Wales, 2013.
