Roger is experienced across a broad range of construction disputes, including defective work, interim/final account valuations, termination, delay and loss and expense, and infrastructure claims.

He has acted on a number of international and domestic arbitrations, adjudications, as well as litigation in Technology and Construction Court.

Roger regularly acts for clients in relation to complex, multi-party disputes and has extensive experience with fire safety/cladding claims.
