Kelly advises on a broad range of debt finance transactions, with a focus on fund finance and structured finance transactions.

Kelly acts for a varied client base including banks, credit fund lenders, speciality finance providers, alternative lenders, borrowers and sponsors and her experience includes advising on leverage facilities, subscription line facilities, receivables financing and asset backed lending, structured financings and specialty finance. She is dual qualified in England and Wales and South Africa, advising on domestic, European and and global cross-border transactions.
