Olivia advises on a wide range of contentious and non-contentious employment law matters for a broad range of clients, including private equity houses and marketing agencies.

She is experienced in Employment Tribunal litigation and advising on litigation tactics and settlement negotiation.

Olivia also advises clients on corporate transactions, assisting with harmonisation issues and the implementation of new employment arrangements post-completion. She regularly assists clients on day-to-day workplace matters, including drafting and negotiating bespoke service agreements and restrictive covenants for executives, redundancies and grievance matters, and advising on exits.
