Yagmur advises sponsors, borrowers and lenders on a wide range of financing transactions and solutions including acquisition and corporate facilities, unitranche and super senior financing structures, receivables financing, asset based lending and speciality finance. She also advises on structured financings and securitisations, investor call bridge facilities, fund leverage and NAV facilities.
Yagmur’s clients include credit funds and direct lenders, speciality finance providers, alternative lenders, banks and private equity sponsors. Within these markets, she regularly advises on both domestic and cross-border financing transactions.
Yagmur spent six months on secondment at a specialist growth investor and senior debt provider, gaining valuable insight into the commercial priorities of her clients and the day-to-day realities of working in-house, tailoring her client advice to fit the broader legal and commercial context.
She has contributed a number of articles and insights, including co-authoring a chapter on umbrella facilities for Global Legal Insights – Fund Finance 2025 and has been named a 'Rising Star' in the Fund Finance Associations 2025 Awards.
Yagmur is an active member of the firm, including membership of the Macfarlanes netball team, winners of the local legal league two years in a row.
