Macfarlanes adopts AI-Powered Automation Platform ProVision

Macfarlanes has announced a partnership with Intelligent Legal Solutions (ILS) to utilise its AI-powered platform side letter management platform, ProVision, to enhance how the firm delivers side letter management services to fund formation clients. 

ProVision offers tools to structure, manage, and analyse investor side letters and most-favoured-nation (MFN) processes, reducing the time burden of manual processes, and providing a more efficient way of managing the administrative elements of the side letter management process.

This will enable our lawyers to focus on delivering greater value to clients navigating complex fund structures as part of our ongoing efforts to leverage technology-enabled products for the benefit of our clients. This partnership reflects our broader aims to deliver AI-enhanced services in fund formation as well as for our clients in other areas, producing innovative solutions to cater to clients’ specific legal needs.
