Macfarlanes achieves top accreditation in UK Government’s Disability Confident employer scheme

Macfarlanes has been awarded a Disability Confident Leader (Level 3) accreditation, which is the highest level, by the government’s Disability Confident employer scheme, underscoring the firm’s commitment to inclusivity.
The Disability Confident initiative promotes the recruitment and retention of disabled employees. Since achieving the Level 1 Disability Confident accreditation in 2020, the firm has been working towards the Level 3 accreditation which is granted to organisations that act as a champion for Disability Confident within their local and business communities.
