Sandy’s role is focused on the delivery of our private capital offering, with an emphasis on co-ordinating and implementing the various private capital initiatives across the firm.
She supports our investor intelligence team, working closely with Margarida Ferreira to identify primary fundraising and product development opportunities for private capital clients.
She recently spent a significant amount of time working with a key client of the firm on all aspects of client delivery.
Sandy also has considerable experience as a structured finance lawyer, with a particular focus on CLOs, repackagings and other structured note products.
Sandy is a steering committee member of our REACH (race, ethnicity and cultural heritage) staff network, a forum for networking and peer support between ethnic minority staff and allies.
