Macfarlanes advises Graphite Capital on sale of YSC Consulting

Macfarlanes has advised UK-headquartered private equity firm Graphite Capital on the sale of YSC Consulting, a global provider of leadership strategy consulting and advisory services.

Graphite led the management buy-out of YSC Consulting in 2017 and under its ownership, YSC has broadened its international presence, developed its technological capabilities and expanded its offering, particularly to private equity clients, where it currently serves over 40 private equity funds globally.

Macfarlanes has advised Graphite Capital on a number of transactions in recent years including on the original acquisition of YSC Consulting in 2017.

The Macfarlanes team for this matter was led by corporate and M&A partner Alex Green with assistance from associates Matilda Calvert-Barr and Bryony Foley. Other team members included senior tax associate Shaul Steinberg, tax associate Rebecca Rose and finance associate Taku Matondo, alongside employment partner Hayley Robinson and senior employment associate Chris Boyle.
