Macfarlanes advises GHO Capital on its acquisition of Quotent Clinical

Macfarlanes has advised specialist healthcare investor GHO Capital on its acquisition of Quotient Clinical, a provider of outsourced, early-stage drug development services to the pharmaceutical industry.

Quotient Clinical is headquartered in the UK and enables pharmaceutical and biotechnology customers to improve research and development productivity and accelerate drug development timelines.
