We currently have over 200 business services staff across a number of areas: administration; finance; human resources; information technology; knowledge, innovation and legal technology; marketing and business development; risk and compliance and secretarial.
The firm has invested in a business services development programme and has recently implemented a new mentoring scheme for business services staff, secretaries and legal assistants to enable junior business services team members to access guidance from more experienced colleagues.
